FLTL resides on the traditional lands of the Gayogo̱hó꞉nǫʼ (Cayuga Nation), who have existed here for thousands of years, long before the establishment of the City of Ithaca, New York State, and the United States. We acknowledge their contributions, their rich and painful history, and their resiliency in fighting for sovereignty rights both in the past and in the present.
